• This Contract is drawn up to satisfy each of the Parties; if this Agreement is cancelled within 28 days of above Engagement there will be a charge of 50% of the agreed Booking Fee to cover our losses; also Cancellations must be confirmed in writing.
• In the event of unforeseen circumstances preventing Mobile Music fulfiling the above Engagement, they will make every reasonable effort to provide a service of similar standing.
• The Hirer shall be liable at the discretion of Mobile Music to pay for any damage caused to equipment and property belonging to Mobile Music by persons attending the above event.
• If the Disco is required to play beyond agreed time a further fee must be agreed and payable on the night.
• Access is required to the place for a minimum of one hour before and after the Event in order to set up and dismantle equipment.
  

We will require a non - returnable £50 deposit to secure the booking.

We are very flexible and can often negotiate a satisfactory solution if you run into problems with a particular booking.
